Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy: A Challenge Foundation Academy (TJCA-CFA) is a public charter school, offering a college-preparatory education to students in grades six through twelve. TJCA-CFA is open to North Carolina students. There is NO TUITION. Students from Rutherford, Cleveland, Polk, and McDowell counties currently attend TJCA-CFA.

The eighth-grade field trip to Kings Mountain and Cowpens has been postponed. Parents and students will be informed of the new date for the trip after Christmas break.
