Gryphons Open Season with a 4-0 Win! Middle/High

Soccer_Huddle.jpgOur Men's Varsity Soccer faced off against Pine Lake Prep last evening, and came away with a great 4-0 team victory to open up the season! In the 7th minute of play, Nathan Mackey opened up the scoring on a great pass from David Snyder. Alain Colnot hit the back of the net twice in the 10th and 17th minutes, and then Aaron Alexander capped the 4-0 victory with a goal in the 37th minute of play. A solid defense, led by Heat Thompson, Andrew Bond and Joseph Thelan helped assure the shutout victory.
Next game is again at home, Tuesday vs. rivals Lincoln Charter at 6PM!
Be sure to come out for the opening kickoff of the varsity football season tonight at home at 7:30PM against North Wilkes High School!
