How to Enroll
How do I enroll my child at TJCA-CFA?
Fill out an enrollment form and return by the deadline
- To apply for enrollment the parent or legal guardian must complete the application form and return it to the school office by the deadline stated on the application. If an application is received after the deadline the student will automatically be placed on the waiting list.
- Once a student is notified of acceptance, the completed registration forms must be returned by the stated deadline. We must receive confirmation and complete forms in order to enroll your student. If we do not receive the forms by the deadline we will be forced to cancel the student application and give the placement to the next student on the waiting list.
Lottery
If the number of students who wish to attend TJCA-CFA exceeds the school’s capacity, enrollment will be determined by a public random drawing. You need not be present to secure the opportunity for placement. Families will be notified the status of acceptance and be given a deadline to respond.
Eligibility
TJCA-CFA is a tuition-free public school. All families who are interested in a college-preparatory curriculum for their children are welcome to apply.
Please note:
CURRENT STUDENTS
Current returning students must complete the LETTER OF INTENT/PARENT SURVEY to reserve their space for 2010-2011 school year. This information helps us to accurately assess available spaces per grade for new applicants.
NEW SIBLINGS
Siblings of currently enrolled students, entering TJCA for the 2010-2011 school year, MUST submit an application by the deadline of March 15 to be guaranteed a space, and returning students must submit the letter of intent by February 12.
