DOWNLOAD AND PRINT THE 2013-2014 ENROLLMENT APPLICATION

 

This application is for all grades, K-12.

The application deadline is MARCH 15TH BY 4:00 PM. Applications will be dated as received.

Only applications received by fax, mail, or hand delivered will be accepted. Each application will be date stamped.  

Please Note: No applications received prior to January 3 2013 will be accepted or considered.

E-mailed applications WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED .  

Any application received after the deadline of 4:00 PM March 15th will automatically be placed on a second waitlist. 

NEW SIBLINGS APPLYING TO TJCA MUST HAVE AN APPLICATION FORM FILLED AND RETURNED TO THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE BEFORE THE APPLICATION DEADLINE.
